3. Data processing procedures
Data processing is carried out through the following operations or group of operations: collection, registration, organisation, structuring, retention, adjustment or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, circulation or any other way of enabling the availability, comparison or interconnection, limitation, erasure or distribution of data.

Thereafter, the data will be deleted/destroyed.
